Without many parallels in today’s existing leadership
programs, the masters and doctoral programs at St. John's
University focuses on recruiting outstanding potential
public and private sector leaders and preparing them to
build strong relationships between their organizations and
the respective communities they serve.
Armed with a definable set of analytical, technical and
research skills, the Division of Administrative and
Instructional Leadership's MA and Ed.D. program focuses on
creating learning systems that are open, monitored and
modifiable by its leaders with broad engagement with
existing political, social, health , business and
governmental agencies.
Our students graduate with a
background which is computer-oriented, data-driven, and
theory-to-practice based to better manage the complexity of
today's educational organizations.
